# AssureOne > AssureOne is an AI-first platform for CPA and accounting firms. Four solutions, Practice Management (running the firm), Accounting Automation (bookkeeping and close), Audit Automation (audit engagements) and Tax Automation (returns, from intake to filing), share one client record, with AI built into every workflow. A fifth, Sales Tax Automation, is coming soon. AssureOne is made by AssureOne Technologies LLC. Key facts, each taken from the pages linked below: - Who it is for: CPA and accounting firms that want practice management, tax, audit and bookkeeping in one system instead of ten disconnected tools. Firms can start with one solution or run the full suite. - How the AI works: AI handles repetitive work such as reconciliations, document requests, intake and first-pass reviews. It proposes, and professionals review and approve; nothing changes until a person says yes. It is built to extend a team's capacity, not replace staff. - Pricing: the Pricing page publishes no prices. Users can be added for tax season and removed afterwards. Accounting Automation, Audit Automation and Tax Automation each need Practice Management, because their data flows from it. - AI credits: plans can include a monthly allowance of AI credits, or bill AI credits separately; both work across every solution. How AI credits are billed is covered on a demo, and the Terms of Service set out how included credits carry forward. - Add-ons, priced on a demo: more storage (every firm gets 5 GB), US texting, US calling and texting, and Prodaff (employee monitoring and productivity tracking). - Tax returns: Form 1040 has the full workflow today, including sending prepared data to CCH Axcess and importing last year's returns. For Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065 and 1041, the client list, document checklist, reminders, organizer tracking and K-1 extraction are live, and the rest is coming soon. Delivery and filing are coming soon for every form. UltraTax CS, Drake Tax, ProConnect Tax and ProSeries connections are coming soon. - Integrations named on the site: Gmail, Outlook, Calendly, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, Stripe and QuickBooks Online across the platform; Xero for Accounting Automation; CCH Axcess for Tax Automation (Form 1040). - Security: data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2 or later), hosted on AWS in US regions, isolated per firm with role-based access, and never used to train AI models. Sign-in is confirmed with a one-time passcode. AssureOne holds TAC Security's ESOF Shield Verified badge, and its controls are aligned (not certified) to the FTC Safeguards Rule (GLBA), IRS Publications 4557 and 1345, and NIST 800-63. The SOC 2 Type II examination is underway; it is not complete. - Onboarding: the AssureOne team runs migration, firm setup and training, with no cap on implementation hours.
